Bary

Tattoo

Bary comes from the beautiful Bulgarian seaside town of Burgas. He first visited Prague in 1997, and although he has travelled a lot, he fell in love with Prague the most and has been living here permanently since 2009.

From an early age, he enjoyed drawing, which led him to apply to art school. He started tattooing at the age of 13, when he first tried his skill on himself. Over time, tattooing became his passion, which intertwined with his music career in a band. At the age of twenty-four, Bary decided to pursue tattooing full time and in 2004 became an apprentice to renowned tattoo artist Tarlito, a pivotal moment in his career. Talent and tireless work soon enabled him to open his own studio, Love Thy Neighbor, in his hometown of Burgas, where after several successful years he decided to take his work out into the world. His favourite styles are traditional and neo-traditional, west coast, black and grey and realism. He draws inspiration from street culture, the sea, religion and animals, especially his beloved dogs. Each of his designs is unique and perfectly reflects the client's ideas and Bary's artistic vision.

Bary has worked in many prestigious tattoo parlors throughout Europe, including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. Throughout his career he has met many talented tattoo artists who have inspired him, but Tarlito remains his greatest mentor.

In his spare time, Bary enjoys swimming, which gives him the refreshment and balance he needs to work hard. Most of all, however, he enjoys time with his family - his wife, two children and three dogs who bring him joy and renewed energy.
